This Meetup group has been established for the purpose of increasing awareness of the traditional Pennsylvania German (Deitsch) healing practice of Braucherei, which is also called Powwow. This group is linked to the Three Sisters Center for the Healing Arts, which is an organization dedicated to the pursuit of the spiritual, folk medical, and agricultural wisdom of the Deitsch folk.

With more members joining from Central and Western PA, we've changed the group name to remove the "Eastern" PA reference. Meet others in our local area who follow the traditional Germanic/Norse paths known as Asatru, Urglaawe, Heathenry, or Irminenschaft. Locations of meetings vary based on geographic location of participants and opportunities that arise as we find more sites throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
